Manatee Arts Education Council
The Manatee Arts Education Council (MAEC) supports, promotes, and celebrates PreK-12 arts education, and we strongly believe every student in Manatee County public schools deserves equitable access to high-quality arts education. From our Arts Alive event to scholarship opportunities to students, MAEC helps support, promote and celebrate arts education.
Migrant Education Fund
Migrant students have the same risk factors as other students. These students also face further challenges because of their frequent moves. The goal of the Migrant Scholarship Fund is to ensure that all migrant students reach challenging academic standards and graduate with a high school diploma (or complete a GED) that prepares them for responsible citizenship, further learning, and productive employment.
