Eligibility: Graduating senior; demonstrated financial need; enrolled in accredited 4-year college/university, 2-year college or technical school in Florida; begin post-secondary school in 2017-18 academic year; use scholarship funds for tuition, required educational institutional fees, and/or other direct course related expenses required of all students enrolled in the course of instruction; NOT to be directors, employees, or family members of directors or employees of Suncoast Credit Union, Members Title Company, Members Insurance Services, Members Trust Company or Suncoast Realty Solutions LLC.

Name of Organization: The Links Incorporated Higher Education Scholarship

Eligibility: The purpose of the Bradenton/Sarasota (FL) Chapter of The Links, Incorporated Scholarship Program is to provide scholarship monies for full-time minority students pursuing undergraduate degrees at accredited colleges or universities in the United States. Each applicant will be evaluated based on the application information provided, and recipients will be selected by the scholarship committee. 1. Applicant must be an African American graduating senior planning to attend an accredited Post-Secondary Institution for the 2017-2018 school year. 2. Applicant must have a minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA on a 4.0 scale or a 4.0 cumulative GPA on a 5.0 scale. 3. Must have demonstrated leadership abilities through participation in community service, extracurricular, or other activities. 4. Applicant must reside in Manatee or Sarasota Counties. 5. Applicant must be a United States citizen.
